Performance Review 101

It's performance review season once again. This will be the 5th time that I will be evaluating my team. This is my 5th team as well. I am done with the performance reviews and just about ready to rate each one and determine how much would each of them get as performance bonus. Of course, only the best ones deserve the best and hefty bonuses.

I am just wondering if I myself would be rated fairly this time around. I hope, I sure do hope. I have been only happy once since my past 3 reviews were really mediocre. I am just wondering how they rated me the last time since I do not have the 90% of my scorecard since I have not seen any of my numbers. Oh well, past is past. I have moved on already and I am pretty sure I have turned the tables around this time. I am just wishful thinking.

I will keep you posted of what my review be. It'll be out for release in about a month's time.
