Klutz

I got up today and decided to cook for something to eat for dinner. I decided to cook some vegetable curry and roasted garlic mixed with couscous. I cooked the curry first made of whole kernel corn, potato and chayote. It tasted good. I just scoured through what's inside the fridge to create that tummy filler. And then instead of olive oil, I used a tablespoon of butter for the couscous. As I was about to transfer the couscous to the serving plate from the pan, the pan handle twisted and the couscous was transferred to the floor instead of the plate. Arrrrrgh! I had a few transferred to the plate but not even 3 tablespoonfuls. Talking about being a total klutz.

NOTE: I was too disappointed to take a picture. I will buy a new pan for couscous-cooking tomorrow. That's a must do.
