My flexibility is being tested nowadays. My team's schedule is changed again. For the past two months, I have changed schedule many times than in my entire callcenter life (I am exaggerating).
1st/2nd Week of April- 2AM-11AM ( we log off at 12NN since we have a mandatory after shift OT)
3rd/4th Week of April- 3AM-12NN (we log off at 1PM since we have a mandatory after shift OT)
1st/2nd Week of May- 3AM-12NN (we log off at 1PM since we have a mandatory after shift OT)
3rd Week of May- 6AM - 3PM (no more mandatory OT. Thank heavens!)
4th Week of May- 7AM-4PM (no more mandatory OT)
Ahhh! If only our scheduled rest day was not changed from Sunday and Monday to a Monday and Tuesday then I won't have any problem but my God, my weekend is screwed. I suppose I need to be more positive about this ever changing schedule and yeah just be plain and simple flexible. But, I am not happy and my team is not too. We need to be back to the graveyard shift. It is where the action is anyway...
