I'm Working Out "Again"

I seriously have no idea what to write about tonight. I want to create an FOTD but I don't have any inspiration. So while the skies are rumbling and about to release it's fury again, I will be posting something to inspire me to keep on with the gym routine I have started again. This time, I mean to push through with this and there is no turning back. I want to post the things I do at the gym here as well or I'll just create a separate blog to chronicle the progress I have made. In the meantime, I think this will do.

I am still adjusting on my diet and so far I think I have been successful. No rice for 3 days already. I will be bringing a food diary so I can jot down everything I eat. Today I had the following:

Breakfast: whole wheat cereal, skimmed milk and kiwi slices
Snacks: carrot slices and lemon-water
Lunch: pesto verdi and a mix of cucumber, orange, apple, wheat grass extract
Afternoon Snack: I slept (so I missed it)
Dinner: whole wheat cereal, skimmed milk and banana slices

I think I am on the right track. Finishing the daily 5K run feels easier this time already. I should be adding another kilometer next week maybe. I want to reach the energy I had back in 2005 (that's when I go to the gym twice a day at least 2 hours each session). The picture you see was taken sometime in February before I slacked and stopped going to the gym completely. I hope to be back to that body before the month ends (not exactly whistle-bait body but at least smaller tummy and toner arms). I'll have an official weigh-in tomorrow to check my progress compared to last week. I will be posting a new picture once there's an obvious difference.

Wow your diet is very very healthy! I mean, wow, WHEAT GRASS EXTRACT! Good luck with everything :)
