I've long been a stiletto-wearing girl. I love it! Gives me the added height I so needed and of course it gives me a kick of confidence while I strut myself around the office or when I'm out and about. Almost all my stilettos are 3-inches up to 3.5-inches high. I, of course, always gets asked how on earth I could walk with them on for the entire shift without losing my balance (I could even run wearing 'em heels).

I love shoes.. so much that I left so many stilettos at home, I'm now married and I try not to wear them anymore. I still buy shoes but more on flats. I used to wear max of 3 inch stilettos and yeah it hurts but I love hot my feet looks like with my high heels.
Girls shouldn't wear stilettos with heels more than 3 inches high. More than that and they're gonna hurt themselves (literally) and bad.
However, if you're the type who'd really go the distance and a foot to spare, you could but I'm just sayin'.

What Rubbish! And who are you to tell anyone what to wear?
I've been wearing 4 inch stilettos to work every day and most weekends and for many years now and have not "hurt myself". I really believe that all the so called health problems "caused by heels" are down to badly fitting shoes (which is what causes bunions, blisters and bent in toes - not heels) or bad posture due to not being used to wearing heels (those women you see walking badly with their knees bent because they are not used to heels are the ones who are going to suffer back ache and bad knees).
Earlier this year I brought these http://www.schuh.co.uk/womens-black-schuh-lois-point-court-patent/1119087040/ 5 inch heels and have been wearing them to work for months with no problems.
I just love high stilettos, they look more professional than low chunky heels and like Kessa they make me strut with confidence!

I had friend who also used to wear heels as high as mine all the time, but over the years they have stopped and gone to flats. They now find heels uncomfortable because they are no longer used to them. Heels are some thing that you have to work at and keep going with. Getting married is not reason to stop if you love them. I did change to lower chunky heels whilst pregnant, but was back in my beloved stilettos afterwards!
