EUREKA MOMENT: MY HOLY GRAIL PRODUCTS

9:33 AM

It's officially the first day of my favorite month of the year. It's the middle of the year already. It's officially the rainy season. I still couldn't believe I didn't get to tan under the sun. Poor little miss eh? Anyway, I have been wrapped up with work and I haven't posted any FOTD or NOTD and probably one of these days I will just have to force myself to post pictures again. I didn't get tired of putting makeup on or changing my polish regularly. I just got tired taking pictures and watermarking them and such.

I, however, found and used products that I might for the long haul consider as my holy grails and for sure I will be posting some reviews soon. Remember, I only post reviews of products that I really like and those that worked for me. I found the best foundation (L'Oréal True Match Liquid Foundation N4 Beige). I found the best skin serum (Clinique Turnaround Concentrate Visible Skin Renewer). This serum worked for me and is comparable to Lancome Genifique I think. I found the best soap for my face (yes, I switched to soap instead of the foaming wash and now I religiously use Olay Age Defying Soap). I found the best nail polish remover (The Face Shop Strawberry-scented Polish Remover). I found the best body scrub (The Body Shop Shea Body Scrub). I found the best lipstick (Clinique Color Surge Butter Shine in Watermelon and of course the lipstick I named Lancome Chris and Tell). I found the best blush for me but TFS already discontinued it so I guess I am switching back to NARS Orgasm yet again (you just always go back to your first love - it’s called ‘Orgasm’ because the colour is supposed to give you that sexy, just-got-laid flush to the cheeks, and it’s supposed to do this no matter what your skin tone and complexion is). Still, no one can beat Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Make Up Remover for me. It just works magic, one swipe is all you needed to remove even the most stubborn mascara in the world.

I will try my hardest to post pictures. I have also decided that I will be doing my own make-up for my sister's wedding so I have been experimenting on neutral shades on my lids as of late. I think a smoky brown combo will be it for me but who knows.

Anyway, I will stop blabbing for now. I will post updates on events I have attended in the next few days. For now, it's a wrap for me.
